These Terms of Use apply to the Career Strategy USA website and related online services operated by Monserrat Galindo. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Coaching services may also be governed by a separate written Coaching Agreement.

WEBSITE PURPOSE
This website provides general information about professional coaching and Career Strategy USA’s services. Website content is educational and informational. It is not individualized professional, legal, medical, financial, or immigration advice.

COACHING RELATIONSHIP
Visiting the website or booking an introductory conversation does not by itself create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only when the coach and client agree to work together under the applicable written Coaching Agreement.

ADULTS ONLY
Coaching is intended for adults who can participate voluntarily and make their own personal and professional decisions.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Career Strategy USA does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, compensation increases, leadership positions, business opportunities, or any other result. Outcomes depend on each client’s circumstances, decisions, participation, and actions.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients remain responsible for their decisions, actions, health, finances, relationships, employment choices, legal matters, and results. Coaching supports reflection and action but does not transfer responsibility to the coach.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original website content and materials created by Career Strategy USA are owned by Career Strategy USA. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission. Coaching materials provided to clients are for the client’s personal and professional development unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
This website may link to third-party services, including Acuity Scheduling, Google Meet, Zoom, social-media platforms, and payment or scheduling tools. Career Strategy USA does not control third-party websites or their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Career Strategy USA may update, suspend, or discontinue website content or services. These terms may also be updated, and the current version will be posted on this page.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Career Strategy USA and Monserrat Galindo are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, reliance on general website information, or inability to access the website. Any limitations in a signed Coaching Agreement also apply to the coaching services covered by that agreement.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any provision found unenforceable will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
